• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

• Schedule Notes: Weekend coverage as needed; no call required

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience
• Active RN license
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) preferred
• Experience in LDRP preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate, team-oriented patient care in a fast-paced women’s health environment
• Comfort with floating as helping hands when needed
• Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for labor, delivery, postpartum, and GYN patients
• Support safe patient care in alignment with AWHONN standards
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the care team to coordinate individualized treatment plans
• Assist with labor support, recovery care, and patient education
• Help maintain a calm, organized, and patient-centered women’s services unit
• Float as needed to support the unit and overall patient care needs
• Document care accurately in the Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system
