• Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience or related mother/baby experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current NRP certification required
• Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Mother-baby experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Support newborn assessments, stabilization, and family-centered care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Respond promptly to changing patient conditions using strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
