Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required; 2 years preferred
• BLS required upon hire
• ACLS required upon hire or within 6 months
• Specialty certification preferred for applicable specialty areas
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to adult Med/Surg patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Support a positive patient experience while maintaining a high standard of clinical care
• Adapt to night-shift workflows and assist with on-call needs as assigned
