• Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts to be finalized with the manager
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730-$1,860

Job Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one
• At least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating a wide range of outpatient rehab patients
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility for either 8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements, including flu vaccination and standard health documentation
• Professional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions to support recovery, mobility, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical response and goals
• Document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the rehab team to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and functional recovery strategies
• Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive treatment environment
