• Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Coverage: Occasional weekends, if agreed
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,090 - $2,200

Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS certification
• ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Card
• At least 2 years of nursing experience required
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with a 3:1 patient ratio preferred
• Ability to provide 2 references from within the last year
• Valid supporting compliance documents and work history verification as required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to adult patients receiving outpatient infusion and chemotherapy treatment
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, hydration, and supportive medications
• Start and maintain IV access, manage ports, PICC lines, and central lines
• Monitor for infusion reactions, side effects, and abnormal lab values
• Perform patient assessments and communicate changes in condition promptly
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and symptom management
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic electronic health records
• Support a collaborative oncology infusion care team focused on excellent patient outcomes
