• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours Per Week: 36 hours
• Shifts Per Week: Approximately 3 shifts
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,030 - $3,190
• Start Date: November 1, 2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
• Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• ACLS certification required
• Labor & Delivery nursing experience required; high-risk OB experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns as needed
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support safe labor management, delivery workflows, and emergency obstetric interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver exceptional care
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a high-acuity, fast-paced L&D environment
