• Setting: Interventional procedure rooms with occasional pre- and post-procedure care support
• Call: 2 call shifts during the contract
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in hand at time of submission
• At least 2 years of nursing experience required; procedural nursing or acute care experience strongly preferred
• ACLS and BLS required
• Experience circulating procedures and managing dysrhythmias
• Interventional radiology experience preferred
• Ability to support sedation care and procedural patient monitoring
• Experience with lines, drains, ports, and image-guided procedures is a plus
• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• Professional references required per submission guidelines

Responsibilities

• Circulate and support interventional radiology procedures in a procedure-room environment
• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures, including prep and recovery support as needed
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and fellow clinicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with a variety of interventional procedures such as vascular access, drains, biopsies, embolization, and other image-guided treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, positive patient experience
• Follow compliance, scheduling, and credentialing requirements in a timely manner
