• Employment Type: Travel RN
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360 - $2,480
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Weekend Coverage: EOW/EOH
• Floating: May float to the High-Risk OB unit as needed and, based on staffing needs, may be assigned within scope to nearby facilities

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or a compact state
• 2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing or specialty nursing experience
• Experience within the last 12 months preferred for recent specialty practice
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam during orientation within the allowed attempts
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Willingness to float as needed within scope of practice
• Ability to submit required compliance items, including labs and documentation, within the stated timelines

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring patients and newborns in a high-risk Labor & Delivery setting
• Monitor patients during labor, delivery, and recovery while responding to changes in condition
• Support high-risk obstetric patients, including antepartum and continuous monitoring cases
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive maternal and infant outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively across the care team
• Adapt to float assignments within the obstetric service line as needed
• Follow unit protocols, safety standards, and required compliance processes
