Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS certification
• ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy provider card
• At least 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Previous infusion nursing, oncology nursing, or chemo-certified experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Strong skills in central line, port access, and line management
• Experience with outpatient oncology infusion care
• Ability to work independently while delivering safe, high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate outpatient infusion care to adult patients receiving chemotherapy and supportive therapies
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, hydration, and IV medications according to protocol
• Access and manage ports, PICC lines, and central lines with confidence and precision
• Monitor patients for side effects, adverse reactions, and changes in condition
• Perform patient assessments, recognize abnormal lab values, and communicate concerns promptly
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and infusion-related precautions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Support a collaborative care environment focused on safety, efficiency, and excellent patient outcomes
