• Shifts Per Week: 4 shifts
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Shift Time: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,470 - $1,580
• Openings: 2
• Call Requirement: Rotating weeknight and weekend call, including at least one night per week and one weekend per 5-week schedule

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of OR Tech, operating room technician, or surgical technologist experience required
• OR circulator experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• CST or ORT certification required
• Ability to scrub open heart procedures required
• Comfortable with rotating call responsibilities
• Preferred experience in orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, or thoracic surgery
• Strong team-oriented attitude with flexibility, compassion, and a willingness to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team in the operating room to support safe, efficient procedures
• Function as an OR circulator as needed
• Scrub and assist with a variety of surgical cases, including open heart procedures
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field and ensure proper OR setup
• Support case flow in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other OR staff to provide seamless patient care
• Participate in rotating call coverage for nights and weekends
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-focused surgical environment
