Job Requirements

• Active Maine RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing or telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• MOAB or CPI certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a team-based acute care setting
• Flexibility to support shifting patient care needs in a hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality critical care nursing services to patients in an ICU and telemetry setting
• Work under the supervision of the Unit Director and Charge Nurse
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Carry out nursing care plans in accordance with state regulations and unit policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate clearly with team members
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic acute care environment
