Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room or Emergency Department experience required
• Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in call coverage as needed
• Comfort working collaboratively in a small, high-acuity emergency department
• Flu vaccination required

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid, high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Perform focused assessments, prioritize care, and respond appropriately to changing patient needs
• Administer medications, monitor treatments, and support diagnostic and procedural interventions
