Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Recent Level III NICU experience required
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
• Preferred: Extensive recent Level III NICU experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Monitor patient condition, respond to changes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols and physician orders
• Perform thorough assessments, document care accurately, and maintain clear communication with the care team
• Support families with compassion while delivering safe, developmentally appropriate care to newborns
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and effective teamwork in a high-acuity environment
