Job Details

• Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
• Assignment Type: Travel nursing assignment
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 20, 2026
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Rotating days, evenings, and nights; 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM; every other weekend/holiday
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 - $1,970
• Setting: Long-term care / skilled nursing environment
• Location: Falmouth, MA

Job Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
• Current BLS/CPR and AED certification required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical demands of the role
• Demonstrated ability to care for residents across a variety of ages and care needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and applicable regulations
• Supervise and support nursing assistants in day-to-day resident care activities
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform nursing procedures such as catheterization, tube feedings, wound care, suctioning, dressing changes, and other assigned treatments
• Monitor resident conditions, take vital signs, and document all assessments and interventions thoroughly
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the care team to promote coordinated care
• Maintain accurate charting, records, and medication documentation
• Support resident admissions, transfers, discharge planning, and orientation as needed
• Promote resident dignity, safety, confidentiality, and quality of life at all times
