Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN or specialty critical care experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to care for critically ill patients and titrate drips as needed
• Comfortable floating as assigned within specialty areas and facilities
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry and monitor data in critical care settings
• Professional, adaptable, and prepared to work in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to ICU patients in a float pool setting
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to critical care needs
• Administer medications and titrate drips according to unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to deliver safe patient care
• Interpret telemetry and monitor data as part of critical care nursing responsibilities
• Float to assigned units or facilities as needed while maintaining specialty-level care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in EPIC
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility in a rotating, high-acuity environment
