Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel assignment
• Location: Midlothian, Virginia (Richmond area)
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Call Requirement: Approximately every 6th week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,240 - $2,400

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist, CT Tech, or Radiology Technologist required
• Experience with GE scanners required
• Epic experience preferred
• Proficiency with PACS and CT imaging workflows preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT certification in CT required
• Virginia Radiology license required
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a calm, patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography procedures safely and accurately in a hospital radiology setting
• Position and immobilize patients appropriately to obtain optimal diagnostic images
• Verify all patient and procedural information before completing scans
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast agents as needed for CT procedures
• Operate CT equipment and perform radiation exposures per physician request
• Assist radiologists with biopsies, drainage procedures, and other CT-guided interventions
• Maintain working knowledge of CT systems, including Radiant and PACS
• Complete timeout procedures and uphold all safety and infection-control standards
• Participate in call coverage as assigned
