Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in acute care or hospital settings
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong telemetry and medical-surgical clinical skills
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a float pool position
• Availability for an 8-week travel assignment with limited time-off requests

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care in a Med/Surg Tele nursing environment
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Adapt quickly to changing patient assignments as part of the Float Pool
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols, safety standards, and clinical best practices
• Support a positive, professional care environment during night shift operations
