Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• At least 4 years of ICU nursing experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Strong critical care skills with the ability to adapt quickly across multiple units
• Ability to work a rotating schedule and weekend coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting
• Float as needed across multiple campuses and related care areas, including step-down and emergency settings when required
• Monitor and manage complex, high-acuity patients
• Administer and titrate critical care therapies and vasoactive medications as ordered
• Support ventilated patients and manage advanced respiratory care needs
• Perform and assist with procedures commonly used in critical care environments
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols and safety standards
