Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 4 years of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Ability to work a rotating 3x12 schedule
• Comfortable floating across multiple critical care, step-down, and acute care settings
• Strong clinical background in high-acuity patient care
• Ability to provide accurate work history and complete compliance requirements on time

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in an ICU float environment
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Support care across ICU, step-down, ED boarder, and med-surg overflow areas as needed
• Manage complex therapies, drips, ventilators, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote safe, effective patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to changing assignments and campus-based float needs
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and follow all unit protocols
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and confidence
