Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
• Active Ohio RN license in hand prior to start
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Cerner charting experience required
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in an every-other-weekend rotation
• Flexibility to float as needed based on clinical experience and unit needs
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to adult Medical/Surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and nursing standards
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain patient safety, infection prevention, and quality care practices throughout each shift
• Adapt to floating assignments when needed while delivering professional, patient-centered care
