Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Minimum 4 years of ICU nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to work rotating day and night 12-hour shifts
• Strong adaptability and comfort floating across multiple units and campuses
• Experience with critical care procedures and high-acuity patient management preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Provide safe and effective floating support across ICU and related units as assigned
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications, manage drips, and support advanced monitoring interventions per unit standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Support additional critical care or overflow assignments when needed based on staffing demands
