• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Orientation: Bi-weekly orientation
• Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekends
• Float Requirement: Occasional float to PCU
• Call Requirements: None
• Start Dates: 10/12 and 10/26

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred/required for critical care practice
• Experience caring for adult ICU patients
• Ability to provide safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Comfort with rotating weekends and occasional float assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the EHR
• Support a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment
• Assist with occasional float coverage to PCU as needed
