Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a patient care, hospital, Med Surg, or rehabilitation setting
• CNA or PCT certification preferred or required for the role
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and provide reliable clinical support
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Comfort assisting with mobility, safety, hygiene, and daily care needs in an inpatient setting
• Experience supporting nursing staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support nurses and interdisciplinary care teams with direct patient care tasks
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, positioning, and comfort measures
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
• Provide compassionate support to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
• Promote dignity, independence, and progress throughout the rehabilitation journey
• Follow hospital policies and assist with basic clinical support as needed
