• End Date: January 4, 2027
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly Hours: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010
• Patient Population: Adult rehabilitation patients
• Float Requirement: None
• Weekend Coverage: Variable

Job Requirements

• Current RN license / Registered Nurse certification
• BLS certification required
• Associate degree in nursing preferred
• Floor nursing experience preferred
• Rehab nursing experience is a plus
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a 7:1 patient ratio environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for adult rehabilitation patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions
• Complete patient assessments, monitor progress, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and provider orders
• Support mobility, safety, and recovery-focused interventions throughout the rehabilitation process
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote patient goals and positive outcomes
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record
• Maintain a compassionate, organized, and professional approach in a busy inpatient rehab environment
