• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 4x10 or 3x9 schedule options; weekend and holiday rotation may apply based on unit needs
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,300 - $2,420

Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience
• At least 2 years of hematology/oncology nursing experience
• Oncology certification required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Telemetry experience required
• Strong communication, flexibility, and independent critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care, coordination, and patient education for stem cell transplant and cellular therapy patients
• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions
• Monitor oncology patients closely and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, efficient, and compassionate care
• Use sound clinical judgment to prioritize tasks and manage a busy patient load in a fast-paced infusion setting
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established infusion, oncology, and safety protocols
