Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Telemetry experience required
• At least 1 year of recent CVICU, cardiac care, or PACU experience required
• Cath lab experience preferred; 2 years of cath lab experience is highly desired
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a fast-paced acute care setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before and after cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support PACU recovery and monitor patients during post-procedure observation
• Assist with care for patients experiencing vascular, electrical conduction, coronary, and structural heart conditions
• Monitor telemetry and respond to patient status changes promptly
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure safe, efficient procedural flow
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in both acute and non-acute situations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and promote a positive patient experience
