• Setting: Hospital-based general outpatient therapy clinic

Occupational Therapist Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to practice in Arkansas
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Experience working with orthopedic patients strongly preferred
• Comfort treating patients with upper and lower extremity conditions, generalized weakness, sports medicine needs, and pain management goals
• Ability to provide occasional coverage in a Med Surg setting if needed
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a busy outpatient therapy setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation
• Collaborate with other therapy professionals to support coordinated patient care
• Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Support occasional float coverage in Med Surg when requested
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in every interaction
