• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,840 - $1,940
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights

• Schedule Notes: Weekend coverage required with holiday rotations as scheduled

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license or pending license with eligibility to obtain before start
• Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
• Full-time Level III NICU experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• BLS and NRP certification required at time of submission
• Dr. Brown's Infant Driven Feeding Certificate required; may be pending at submission
• Strong experience caring for neonates and infants with complex respiratory, cardiac, and surgical needs
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday rotations as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for critically ill neonates and infants in a busy NICU environment
• Manage advanced respiratory support including high-frequency ventilation, conventional vents, CPAP/BiPAP, and iNO
• Support IV fluid management, medication calculations, hemodynamic support, and post-operative care
• Assist with admissions, line care, lab draws, wound and drain care, and whole-body cooling
• Support procedures such as intubation, lumbar puncture, PICC placement, umbilical line placement, and chest tube placement
• Float within scope to related areas as needed, including newborn care, postpartum, pediatrics, and PICU support
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, compassionate, family-centered care
