Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission
• At least 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience using the Epic charting system required
• Strong clinical background in emergency care, including triage and rapid patient assessment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric emergency patients
• Perform triage, assess patient condition, and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer emergency medications and support time-sensitive interventions
• Monitor and manage patients requiring ventilator support, IV vasopressors, and central line care
• Recognize and respond to dysrhythmias and other emergent changes in patient status
• Follow infection prevention protocols and isolation precautions
• Document accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes
