Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity acute care environment
• Comfortable working night shifts and maintaining dependable attendance
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments, initiate interventions, and collaborate with providers on individualized care plans
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition in a high-acuity ER setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established nursing protocols
• Document care accurately and maintain clear, timely communication with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for patients and families
