Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Experience in a high-acuity emergency department or hospital emergency care setting preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfort working effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Dependable, compassionate, and adaptable approach to patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate care to emergency department patients
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize patient needs, and respond to changing conditions
• Administer medications, monitor treatment plans, and support emergency interventions
