Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred; Emergency Department experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency care environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable caring for patients across a wide range of emergency presentations
• Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing patient needs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and respond promptly to urgent needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to support efficient patient flow
