• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required
• Scheduling Note: Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
• EMR Experience: Epic experience required

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent registered nurse experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• MICU experience welcomed
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced cardiac care environment
• Comfortable completing a competency assessment shortly after submission
• Professional, adaptable, and patient-centered approach to nursing care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate clinical updates promptly
• Administer medications and support treatment plans in collaboration with the care team
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain efficient clinical workflows
• Support safe patient transitions, recovery, and discharge readiness
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and support teams to promote excellent outcomes
• Maintain compliance with unit expectations, including dress code and scheduling requirements
