• Shift: Night shift, 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,500 - $1,620
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Schedule: Block scheduling may be available
• Weekend Coverage: Required

Job Requirements

• 2 years of respiratory therapy experience preferred/required for this travel assignment
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; CRT will not be accepted
• Experience in trauma level II or higher preferred
• Previous travel respiratory therapist experience required
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge across adult, pediatric, and neonatal respiratory care

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care for adult med-surg, adult critical care, pediatrics, and neonatal patients
• Support bedside respiratory treatments, ventilator management, and airway care
• Assist with intubation, high-risk deliveries, and neonatal respiratory support as needed
• Manage advanced respiratory therapy equipment including HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, jet ventilation, and oscillatory ventilation
• Perform ABG collection and interpretation, oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and pulmonary hygiene
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to respond to changing patient needs and improve outcomes
• Provide respiratory support in a high-volume acute care hospital with a wide range of pulmonary diagnoses
