• Shift: Day shift, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional scheduled holidays
• Shift Duration: 8 hours

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,080 - $1,160

• Floating: May be required between multiple locations

Job Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sterile processing, central sterile, or surgical services preferred
• Travel experience required
• Active CBSPD or CRCST/HSPA certification required
• Experience in trauma level II environments required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Experience with decontamination, sterilization, high-level disinfection, and sterile storage
• Hands-on knowledge of the Censitrac tracking system preferred
• Familiarity with Medivator and equipment such as drills, scopes, and DaVinci instruments required
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, clean, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and equipment
• Process a wide range of items including drills, scopes, robotic instruments, and specialty trays
• Perform high-level disinfection and sterilization using steam and Sterrad systems
• Support sterile storage, case cart preparation, and next-day surgical needs
• Serve as a liaison between the operating room and sterile processing teams to ensure timely instrument availability
• Track, allocate, and standardize instrumentation across multiple sites as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established infection prevention protocols
• Respond to operating room calls and support workflow across the surgical department
