• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 - $2,050

• Patient Population: Adults, with occasional pediatric cases; also supports adolescents and geriatrics

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand at time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice nursing or a related service line
• Outpatient hospice experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with hospice charting preferred; Altera experience is a plus
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Ability to complete required labs within 72 hours of accepting an offer or have a clear plan for completion

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care to hospice patients in homecare and community settings
• Support hospice referrals, admissions, and ongoing patient assessments
• Deliver pain and symptom management using hospice best practices
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the hospice journey
• Complete accurate clinical documentation related to hospice eligibility and patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including social services and pharmacy
• Respond to overnight on-call needs as part of the shared call rotation
• Promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for each patient served
