• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,260 - $2,430
• Start Date: December 14, 2026

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of pediatric feeding and swallowing experience
• Independent completion of pediatric feeding and swallowing evaluations and treatment
• Active Massachusetts state SLP licensure
• ASHA certification
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with pediatric inpatient care strongly preferred
• NICU, pediatric intensive care, trach and vent, outpatient clinical feeding evaluations, and EPIC experience preferred
• Must be flexible and comfortable transitioning between inpatient care, outpatient care, and MBS
• Ability to attend team meetings during working hours
• Willingness to complete department training and competency sign-off upon start

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services for pediatric patients with a focus on feeding and swallowing needs
• Complete inpatient, outpatient, and modified barium swallow (MBS) related care as needed
• Perform pediatric feeding evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Participate in all required team meetings and departmental training
• Adhere to department standards for patient care, documentation, and clinical competency
• Work under the supervision of the Pediatric SLP Section Leader and contribute to a positive team environment
