Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Cath Lab or cardiovascular procedural experience required
• Active RN license required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Moderate sedation experience required
• Experience with IABP intra-procedure support, Swan Ganz catheters, and Impella required
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
• Must pass telemetry testing on day 1 with 85% or better
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a cardiovascular procedural and operating room environment
• Support complex cardiac interventions and assist with intra-procedure patient monitoring
• Monitor patient condition, telemetry, and sedation response throughout procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and perioperative teams to ensure safe, efficient workflow
• Deliver attentive, compassionate care to patients undergoing advanced cardiovascular procedures
• Maintain readiness, accuracy, and professionalism in a high-acuity surgical setting
