We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Telemetry / Med-Surg Float Pool assignment in Brockton, MA. Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience
• Telemetry experience with the ability to independently read telemetry strips
• Experience with Meditech and EPIC charting systems
• Ability to adapt quickly across different units and patient care needs
• Must pass an on-site telemetry exam on Day 1 with an 84% or better, with up to 2 attempts
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a Med-Surg/Tele float pool environment
• Monitor telemetry patients and interpret rhythm strips accurately
• Adapt to assignment changes across up to 5 different MedSurg/Tele units
• Document care and communicate effectively using electronic health records
• Support safe, timely patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and strong clinical judgment throughout the assignment
