Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered healthcare setting

LTAC RN Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within established timeframes
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Communicate patient status clearly and promptly with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the care process
• Participate in rehabilitation-focused care and discharge planning from admission
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and on time
• Supervise and support ancillary nursing personnel as needed
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive clinical environment
• Contribute to teamwork, quality outcomes, and patient safety initiatives
