• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000 - $2,100
• Hours: 40 hours per week with 36 guaranteed hours
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Weekend-focused PM coverage with rotating weekend shift patterns
• On Call: No call

Job Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
• At least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and sound clinical judgment
• Ability to work effectively in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents closely and report significant changes in condition promptly
• Complete resident assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Administer medications safely and in accordance with the 5 Rights of medication administration
• Perform wound care and wound assessments as needed
• Support CNAs and respond to call lights in a timely manner
• Serve as a floor leader by assessing situations and directing resident care appropriately
• Report concerns involving abuse, neglect, or misappropriation according to policy
• Maintain thorough charting and complete other duties as assigned
