• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,050 - $2,150
• Weekend Coverage: Not required
• Call: Not required
• Floating: May be asked to float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate location

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license in hand; pending licenses are not accepted
• BSN required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• ONS certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Previous travel nurse experience required
• Strong oncology and outpatient clinic experience
• Experience with chemotherapy administration
• Ability to start IVs and demonstrate strong IV skills
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster required, with no exemptions
• One supervisory-level reference required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult oncology patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies according to established protocols
• Start and maintain IV access with confidence and accuracy
• Perform patient assessments and support exam room workflows as needed
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate closely with physicians, infusion staff, and interdisciplinary support teams
• Support smooth patient flow in a high-volume clinic environment
• Adapt quickly to unit needs and provide flexibility when float coverage is required
