Job Requirements

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience, preferably in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and floating assignments as needed
• Ability to provide required compliance documents, references, and work history during onboarding

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and provider orders
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support coordinated patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and on time
• Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-first mindset throughout the travel assignment
