• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,810–$1,940

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience
• Prior pediatric outpatient experience required
• Active Virginia SLP license, or current license status if pending
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary therapy team
• Experience supporting children with speech, language, and communication disorders is preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans that support patient progress and family involvement
• Document assessments, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, and caregivers to coordinate care
• Provide high-quality, child-focused therapy in an outpatient setting
• Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and documentation standards
