Overview

You will support a busy specialty clinic serving both adults and pediatrics, with a focus on patient rooming, clinical support, and keeping daily flow running smoothly. Training will be provided for select clinic processes, including autoclaving and high-level disinfecting. Candidates should be comfortable in a high-volume outpatient environment and open to a temp-to-hire opportunity in Seattle, WA.

Job Details

• Location: Seattle, WA 98122 — a vibrant, centrally located area with easy access to dining, culture, transit, and all that the city has to offer
• Setting: Otolaryngology outpatient clinic / ENT specialty clinic
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Weekend/Call: No weekends, no holidays, and no call
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
• Charting System: EPIC
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,080 - $1,160
• Work Environment: Fast-paced, patient-facing clinic with potential float support within skill set
• Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required
• MA-C preferred; MA-R accepted
• BLS certification required
• CMA accepted where applicable
• Experience in an adult outpatient clinic preferred
• Comfort working in a busy, high-volume rooming environment
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Open to a temp-to-hire opportunity and possible permanent placement

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits in an ENT / otolaryngology clinic
• Obtain and document vital signs, height, weight, history, medications, and allergies
• Assist with authorization forms, follow-up phone calls, and insurance verification
• Support day-to-day clinic flow in a busy outpatient specialty practice
• Perform clinical support tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
• Assist with autoclaving and high-level disinfecting as trained
• Provide flexible support within the clinic team as needed
• Deliver a positive, compassionate patient experience for every visit
