Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Orthopedic physical therapy and neurological rehab experience strongly preferred
• Current Physical Therapist license or credential as required for practice
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in a hospital-based outpatient rehab setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans to support mobility, function, and recovery
• Provide skilled therapy services for orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation needs
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, safety, and recovery strategies
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and supportive treatment environment
