• Shift: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 per week
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Patient Population: Adults 18+
• EHR: Epic
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,080 - $2,230

Physical Therapist Job Requirements

• MSPT or DPT required
• Physical therapy experience preferred
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Comfortable working with orthopedic and neurological patient populations
• Ability to adapt to occasional floating to partner units as needed
• Positive, flexible attitude with a strong patient-first mindset
• Ability to work in black scrubs

Physical Therapy Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and mobility
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote safe, effective patient progress
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Use a variety of rehab and mobility equipment, including walkers, rollators, hemi walkers, hoyers, sit-to-stand devices, and bariatric equipment
• Support safe patient mobility, strengthening, and daily functional improvements
• Assist with occasional floating to other units when needed
• Contribute to a supportive rehabilitation environment that helps patients regain confidence and independence
