Job Details

• Position: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Setting: Acute Rehabilitation Unit / Inpatient Rehab
• Location: Pittsburg, Kansas
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with Saturday PRN coverage
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours scheduled; 32 guaranteed hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,810–$1,940
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• EMR: Epic
• Dress Code: Black scrubs

Job Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license or credential in good standing
• At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team
• Comfort using Epic or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapy interventions to support functional recovery and independence
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in the EMR
• Collaborate with the rehab team to help patients achieve meaningful goals
• Support a positive patient experience in a busy acute rehabilitation environment
• Maintain professional communication and adhere to facility policies and standards
