Job Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited MD or DO program
• Active physician licensure in the state of jurisdiction
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• 5 or more years of clinical or technical experience
• Internal Medicine experience preferred for this outpatient primary care role
• Experience providing patient-facing care in an outpatient healthcare setting
• Strong commitment to improving patient experience and quality of care
• TB screening required as part of the onboarding process

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage routine and complex health conditions
• Maintain accurate medical histories, charts, and detailed patient records
• Promote continuity of care, wellness, preventive care, and disease prevention
• Refer patients to specialists when clinically appropriate
• Work independently while collaborating with the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Apply sound clinical judgment in making treatment decisions
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in patient care and service delivery
