• Shift Duration: 8 hours
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
• Coverage Areas: Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton County
• Weekend / On-Call Requirement: None
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Job Requirements

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience required
• Hospice experience strongly preferred
• Home care or home health documentation experience preferred
• Experience with HCHB preferred
• Associate degree in nursing or higher
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload in the home setting
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of hospice patients in their homes and community settings
• Provide skilled nursing care with a focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Perform and support nursing procedures such as catheter placement, PleurX drain care, wound care, and trach care
• Complete timely assessments, documentation, and care coordination
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized hospice plans
• Travel between patient visits throughout the assigned coverage area
• Deliver compassionate education and support to patients and families
